FAQ - DreamHack Summer

We have decided to shift our focus to the DreamHack Winter festival to make it an even better event.

Tickets sold for the Summer festival are automatically being transferred to our Winter edition, which is scheduled from 14 to 17 December for LAN party and 15 to 17 December for Festival.

This is valid for all tickets: Festival, LAN, Early Bird and Tickets won during a raffle

If you do not wish to have your tickets transferred from Summer to Winter, you can refund the following tickets at any time: Festival, LAN, Early Bird.

Tickets won during a raffle will be valid for the Winter edition but are not refundable.

To get a refund for your ticket, please log into the Eventbrite booking page, select your order and klick on “Contact the organizer”. Here you can write a short mail and request a refund. You also have to add your order number to the message. Your request will be processed as soon as possible.

Unfortunately not, but they will be valid for the winter event and automatically transferred.

If you have already purchased a ticket, you have received an email about the cancellation and how to proceed with the ticket. You need only to take action, if you would like to have a refund, otherwise your tickets stay valid for DreamHack Winter.
If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam folder.

There is no alternative Summer edition planned this year, but there will be a Winter Festival, which is scheduled from Decemer 14 to 17 for the LAN party and December 15 to 17 for the Festival.

Yes. The focus is now on the Winter edition to meet your expectations and make it an even better event.

This cancellation only affects the Summer edition of the DreamHack in Hannover. Other DreamHacks are independend from this event.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide refund for accommodation and travel costs. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

There are also a few Flixtrain connections to Hannover, some of which go all the way to the Messe station.
